Illustrator Heather Molin, Owner of Wild Goat, Inc. joins host Mike Trovato for the tenth episode of the Whatismyhealth podcast, “Health on a WIMH.”

Sometimes others can see things within us before we are able to see it for ourselves. “Life is like going through a maze— you don’t know where you’re going, you stumble and you find dead ends, but the door always opens on the other side.” Art can be stressful and stress-relieving, a form of interpretive communication, and a guide on life’s journey.

Heather and Mike talk about what they thought they wanted to be when they grew up, the importance of sleep, and the challenges of eating healthily when fast food is so readily available. Heather’s experiences sculpting marble in the woods of Vermont shifted her artwork to reflect her love of animals. The significance of the name Wild Goat, Inc. stems from her appreciation for nature and a trip to Ireland that inspired her love of sheep, Heather shares her favorite mediums to work with, her path to illustrating a children’s book, and how she aims to give animals a voice through her paintings.
