Welcome to another week of Being In Tune. If you read my post last week, you know that I am now in beautiful Ireland. I thought I would mix it up a little bit this week and kind of touch on the whole “being in tune” idea that I've written about in the past. My healthy habits (that color system)- my yoga, my meditation, my reading, my cooking.
Even though I'm on vacation I'm going to be very aware and mindful to make some time for those healthy habits that I've put in placefor myself. Even on a relaxing vacation it’s important to be aware of what’s going on for you and keep yourself in check. So, you’ll be hearing from me about the adventures I’ve been on and how I have incorporated the idea of “being in tune” on my wonderful vacation to Ireland!
